Rush will return to Scotland next year with a headline show at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, marking the band’s first performance in the country in 14 years. The concert is scheduled for March 8, 2027, and forms part of the group’s Fifty Something tour, a run of dates celebrating more than five decades of music.
The band confirmed the date alongside a wider European tour announcement, with performances planned in cities including Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam before arriving in Glasgow. In a statement released with the tour news, Rush said the shows will reflect their history while looking ahead to this new chapter on stage.
Founding members Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson are set to perform with drummer Anika Nilles and keyboardist Loren Gold. Each night on the tour will feature two sets, drawing from different eras of the band’s catalogue.
Tickets for the Glasgow date go on sale at 10 a.m. on February 27, 2026.
