If Reggie is going to be getting rid of every single Al Davis stamped player he better win and improve this team or Reggie has some "splaining to do".-

NFL fans outside of Alameda county forget that this team was in shambles until Hugh Jackson was brought in to improve their offense in 2010. Then When he was promoted to head coach in 2011 they made a significant run the at the playoffs until season ending injuries to the starting quarterback(Jason Campbell) and the star running back(Darren Mcfadden). Hugh then made the controversial trade for Carson Palmer. Whether you agree with it or not #1 NFL quarterbacks are hard to come by and the Raiders at least have one(for now).-
