The struggles of the Oakland Raiders since their 2002 Super Bowl Appearance have been well recognized by the rest of the NFL and fans everywhere. From 2003 on, Oakland has gone an abysmal 49-111 in the 10 seasons since that championship appearance, and along the way the Raiders have produced an endless number of organizational low lights. The worst of which include drafting JaMarcus Russell first overall in 2007 and the recent claim made by former receiver Tim Brown that former head coach Bill Callahan purposely sabotaged the team's offensive game plan for the 2002 Super Bowl matchup with Jon Gruden's Buccaneers.

Despite these blunders and the team's irrelevance during the past decade conditions seems to be slowly but steadily improving in Oakland. Current head coach Dennis Allen seems to have the right ideas on how to make this team successful in the near future. While there is still much room for improvement as far as the roster is concerned, the Raiders might just have an ace up ...
