Darren McFadden is considered a top notch running back capable of dominating a game. However, in 2012, former offensive coordinator Greg Knapp went to a zone blocking system, moving away from the power blocking scheme from 2011.

The results were poor as McFadden struggled without a lead blocker, and was more effective in the passing game than rushing.

New OC Greg Olson wants to get back to what McFadden does best, explode off a lead block and get to the next level.

"I'm not naive enough to believe it's all Greg Knapp's fault."- "Certainly there are some things I hope I can bring to the table that will allow us to have success," Olsen said, via the contracostatimes.com.
