The Oakland Raiders chose not to use their franchise tag on any of the pending free agents on the team, but they will have to get to work fast if they want to retain them. According to Steve Corkran of the Contracostatimes.com, the Raiders have one week to decide who stays and who goes before the rest of the league gets a chance to lure them away.
