According to Ian Rarpoport of the NFL Network, the Oakland Raiders want to re-sign linebacker Phillip Wheeler after a very good 2012 season.

Wheeler recorded 109 tackles and 3 sacks in 2012 and really showed the Raiders that he belongs with them after starting out his career with the Colts.
